Website terms

Effective 19 September 2026

Cameron Low personally operates this Ontario-based website using the Tabyard brand. These terms describe use of the public website; a private runtime or agreed engagement may have separate terms.

Current availability

Tabyard is in private validation. Roadmap items and interface examples describe current work and plans, not a production-readiness guarantee. A request does not guarantee an invitation, delivery date, feature or support response time. No payments, subscriptions or public runtime accounts are offered on this website.

Using the website

You may read and share links to the public material. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, send unlawful content or impersonate another person. Browser automation discussed here must be used only with appropriate authorization and in accordance with applicable law and third-party terms. A security report is welcome through the security contact; this does not authorize intrusive testing.

Content and software rights

Website copy, original artwork and the Tabyard brand remain with their rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant rights to redistribute the logo or proprietary material. Third-party names identify their respective products and do not imply affiliation. Any software supplied under a separate licence remains governed by that licence; these website terms do not change it.

Enquiries and privacy

Only send information you have authority to share. A first enquiry is not a confidential development agreement. The privacy notice explains hosting logs, email handling and your choices.

Reliance, changes and applicable law

Information may change or contain errors, and access may be interrupted. Evaluate technical examples in an isolated environment before relying on them. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these website terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Contact Cameron first about a concern. Updated terms will carry a new effective date; a future paid offering would require its own clearly presented terms before a purchase.
